Rev. Glenn T. Bryant, (73), of Easley, South Carolina, passed away Friday, July 4, 2025. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina, son of the late William T. and Kathleen Bryant of Greenwood, South Carolina.
Glenn was a graduate of Lander University with a degree in Business and minor in Psychology. Upon graduating, Glenn went on to receive his Masters in Theology at Southwestern Theological Baptist Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Glenn was an avid servant of Christ, pastoring at many beloved churches throughout South Carolina where he preached, served, and taught the word of God. Glenn spent most of his time sharing and living out the word of Christ, worshiping Him throughout all he did, and loving others as he had been loved by God.
He is survived by his wife Betty Wightman Bryant, daughter Michelle B. Madden (Joey), and son Jason G. Bryant (Julie). As well as seven grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah Grace, Mary Elisabeth, Luke, Anna Ruth, Samuel, and Abby Grace.
A private family service will be held at Blyth Funeral Home conducted by Rev. David Martin.

So sorry to hear of Pastor Bryant's passing. We so enjoyed the time he pastored Welcome Baptist Church and he was the pastor who baptized our son. Praying for the family.
