Glenn Donovan Weldon Jr. “JR”, 60, of Charlevoix, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 15, 2024. He was born on March 16, 1964, the son of Glenn Sr. and Patricia (Wilmot) Weldon.
JR graduated from high school and went on to attend college for a short time. He worked several jobs over the years – most recently as a handyman for Wilmot Electric. JR was a fairly private person, but those who knew him will miss him dearly.
He is survived by his step-father, Harold Elrich; his step-mother, Carolyn Weldon; three step-brothers, Brent Clark, Dean Clark, and Brad Clark; two step-sisters, Darla (Matt) Gore, and Pam Tilden; and two nieces, Ellie and Autumn.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
JR’s family has chosen to celebrate his life privately.
