Glenn Starnes Obituary
Born in Gastonia, NC on May 11, 1934 a son of the late Glenn Austin Starnes, Sr. and Armetta Lytton Starnes.
He was retired from Duke Power Company as a Communications Engineer. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, a member of Charlotte Masonic Lodge #676 AF and AM and former Shriner with 50 years of membership. He attended Garner Webb College and was an avid golfer.
Surviving are his son, Timothy "Tim" Starnes (Meachel) of Lincolnton, NC and his ex-wife and caregiver, Brenda Starnes of Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
Service will be announced at a later date.
Brunswick Funeral Service, Shallotte.
