Glenn Elwyn White, 79, of Lonoke, Arkansas, passed away on February 3, 2026. Glenn was born on January 8, 1947, to Wilfred and Helen White in Forrest City, Arkansas. After graduating high school and one year of college, Glenn joined the military at the age of 19. Entering the United States Army in August of 1966, he was sent to Vietnam. He remained active duty until 1992 and then the Army National Guard until 2007. After retiring from the military, he became a Truck driver. Glenn was an avid outdoorsman and really enjoyed going to the lake, swimming, boating, spending time with family and friends. He was also a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed his cars, especially his corvettes.
Preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred Elwyn White and Helen Louise Starkey White. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Eric White; brothers; John Paul White and his wife Pam of Lonoke, Arkansas, Dwight White and his wife Veronica of Forrest City, Arkansas; sister, Shirley Carter of Forrest City, Arkansas; and many, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A visitation will be 11:00am at Boyd Funeral Home with graveside service following at 12:00pm, Friday, February 13, 2026, at Lonoke Cemetery. Arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
