Gloria Linn Kolton

Kolton, Gloria (nee Linn) age 79, of Andover, MN, died on May 10, 2024 of Alzheimers. She was born on 24 August 1944 in Milbank, SD. Preceded in death by her beloved father, Al M. Linn, and mother Irene Loehrer, Aberdeen, SD, and by cherished feline babies, Georgie and Heidi. Survived by beloved husband, Sylvester J. (Jerry) Kolton of Andover, two sisters, Carole Davis and Priscilla Linn of Aberdeen, SD, one nephew, many relatives and friends. Graduate of the University of Minnesota. Served her country in the Army for 11 years, six on Active Duty and five in Army Reserve. She was a member of the 5501 U.S. Army Hospital and the 360th Psychological Operations Battalion, both at Ft. Snelling and was stationed at the Military Entrance Processing Station in Minneapolis for six years as a Staff Sergeant. She also worked for the Army as a civilian for six years. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Minnesota Animal Humane Society. EF Requiem Mass 10 AM Monday, May 20 at the Church of St. Agnes, 535 Thomas Ave W., St. Paul.
