Gloria Asebedo Moore

Gloria Asebedo Moore 83, was born July 30, 1942 in San Antonio Texas. She was surrounded by her family when she passed away from natural causes on the afternoon of December 24, 2025 at her home in Menifee, “Sun City” California. She was positive, strong and fought hard without pain when she left this earth to meet Jesus. Her faith and relationship with God were always strong. She is the daughter of Frances and Crecencio “Chris" Mainez. She graduated from Edgewood High School, Class of 1962. She worked as an inventory control manager for several years where she made many friends and fond memories. She also provided day care to many children, some of whom were still in touch with her. She was a long time member and First Lady of the Westminster Ca. Elks and a recent member of the Lake Elsinore Ca. Elks. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She always had an infectious smile and laugh for which she will be remembered. She was kind, caring and always put others first. She loved traveling, gardening, decorating her home and caring for others. Gloria was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and cousin. She was loved by her family, and was a great friend to many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband John Belanger, her brother George Mainez, and nephew Ralph Mainez. She is survived by her loving husband James Moore of 40 years, son Roy Belanger and his wife Tami, sister Aurora De Leon, and brothers Pete Sanchez Jr, Eloy, Antonio, Abel, Robert and Leroy Mainez, son-in-law Bill Moore and his wife Josie, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Gloria will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside California.
