The rest of the story is not the headline. These two lived life fully and always together. Sometimes we would chuckle to see them dressed in the same fabric..she was a wonderful seamstress with had a beautiful smile. And he obviously had a great sense of humor. They worked together, traveled the world together, and their love for one another always shone through. As they will for all of us, the years took their toll and poor health intervened. While we had not seen them in quite awhile, we were shocked to hear about their deaths. And extremely saddened to realize again that our society provides for a peaceful, painless exit for pets, but not for people. But they are more than a headline...this was not the end, but the continuation of a lifelong love story, from this life to the one beyond...together! Dance on, friends.
