Gracie Miller

Gracie Miller, age 87, of Clarksville, TN, died peacefully on November 12, 2025.

Gracie was born April 25, 1938 in Montgomery County, TN.

She was the daughter of the late Jeffie and Maggie Rittenberry Harp. She was a graduate of the Clarksville High School Class of 1957. She worked for Acme Boot Company for 10 years. She also worked for 31 years as a civil servant for the Department of Defense at Fort Campbell in Finance and Accounting. She retired

in 1998. She was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE). Gracie was a member of Dotsonville Baptist Church. She was an avid gardener and took great pride in maintaining her lawn and property. She loved spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her son, Bill (Kim) of Round Rock, TX, her three grandsons, Ben (Matt) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Nicholas (Bernadette) and Joshua, all of Round Rock, TX, and one great-grandson, Casey of Round Rock, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jeffie and Maggie Rittenberry Harp, siblings, William H. Harp, Lucille Harp Daniels, Gertrude Hembree, Susie Harp Carrigan, Katie Mildred Harp, Nettie Lightner, Jeffie Harp, Maxine Duke, J.C. Harp, and Jean Harp.

Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Tarpley Funeral Home, 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN, on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Visitation will be from 9-11 AM with a service following, 11-12 noon. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 2930 Highway 41A South, Clarksville, TN.
