Grady LeRoy Cobb, 54, of Haskell, Arkansas passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 11, 2023, after a long battle with liver failure. Grady was born July 2, 1969, in Natchitoches, Louisiana to parents Grady LeRoy Cobb Sr. and Dorathy Silas.
Grady married the love of his life, Christy Dawn (Estes) Cobb on April 15, 1993, in Benton Arkansas where they shared 30 wonderful years together.
Grady was the best welder for over 25 years in Arkansas. He decided he needed a change and became a talented carpenter. Grady loved to hunt and fish and started rehabbing and caring for all types of animals later in his life. Grady is famous for telling his Bambalance story and for doing his famous “Chicken Dance”.
Grady is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Christy Dawn Cobb; daughter, Carley Jean Cobb (Austin Whittaker); son, Brady Lee Cobb (Shyan Andrews); adopted sons: Donovon York, Derrick Thomas, Josh Stewart, and Christan Missy; mother, Dorathy Paul; grandmother, Claria Hill; siblings: Donna Cobb Patrick (Donnie Patrick), Cleavland Lee Cobb (Julie Cobb), Joseph Brooks Cobb (Joann Cobb), and RebBecky Sue Cobb Missy (Billy) Missy; nieces and nephews: Amanda, Chasity, Crystal, Robbie, Michelle, Nicole, Candice, Jessica, Joey, Rox Brittney, Charlie, Christian, Caleb, Kay Kay, Hazel, Emerson, MaKaylee, Jordan, Devon, Addison, Hayden, Kagen, Kaden,Mary, Edgar, Jasmine, Jessie, Paris, Mason, Kayla, Justin Sky, Tyden, Junior, Chyeann, Lil Joey, Tylan, Dayton, Ariana, and Sage; his special pets: Batman, Sis Sir Girl, Spencer, Meko, Bobby Girl, and Bella; as well as a host of family members and friends that will all miss him dearly.
A Visitation will be held Friday, November 17th from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St Benton, AR 72015.
