While raising his children, Grady enjoyed spending his weekends racing his race car #77 at the dirt track, which is a memory his children cherish most. He farmed and did general labor and served on the volunteer fire department in Paducah, TX.
Grady served 15 years in the Army National Guard and was a member of the Callao Legion Post 360 as Vice Commander and was a member of the Color Guard. The holidays were his favorite time and he enjoyed giving to the community by helping with Latchford Lights located in Callao. The pride and joy of his life was his family and having them around and spending time with his beloved Boston Terrier Khloee. He was a member of Open Arms Baptist Church in Macon, MO.
Grady is also survived by one sister, Maudine Grant of Amarillo, TX and many family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and one great grandchild Ryleigh Lois Wriedt.
