Gregg Stuart Kovach, age 60, of Johns Creek, Georgia passed away August 16, 2024. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 23, 2024 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta, Georgia. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen W. Kovach, Jr. and Norma Jean Kovach.
Gregg was native of East Point, Georgia living in Miami, Florida moving back to Georgia when was 9 years old. He could do anything from working on cars to house projects to wood working. He loved fireworks, animals, magic tricks, darts, prospecting, and mostly wood working and spending time with family and friends. Meeting the love of his life Judy in 2002 gave him an additional family to love and be loved.
Survivors include: fiancee: Judy Dyer of Johns Creek; sister: Vickie Kovach of Powder Springs; two brothers: Bruce Kovach of Marietta and Stephen M. (Reeca) Kovach of Lithia Springs; nephew: Eric Kovach of Lithia Springs and his beloved dogs Ranger and Qvist.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
