Gregory Paul Gray, 78, of Marion, passed away in his home on Friday, January 30, 2026. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Friday, November 21, 1947, to Kenneth and Margaret (Corn) Gray.
Gregory graduated from Oak Hill. Throughout his life, he liked to race cars, especially the SCCA formula cars. In his later years, he enjoyed rebuilding classic cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his dog, Emma.
Gregory is survived by his daughter, Christina (Tom) Auer of Riverwoods, IL; grandson, Owen Auer; granddaughter, Madeline Auer; brother, David (Teri) Gray of La Fontaine; nephew, Mason (Amber) Gray of Avon; and niece, Katy (Dallas) Reed of Indianapolis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Margaret Gray.
At Gregory 's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Burial will take place at Estates of Serenity in Marion.
Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
