Gregory Andrew Hart age, 73 loving husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on October 23, 1951, in Crestview, Florida to the late Kyle & Emily (Mayberry) Maxwell. He met the love of his life Janelle LaCombe while vacationing in Florida. A love so true he left his home state to move to Michigan, together they have celebrated 51 years of marriage. Over the years Greg was employed at Grey Iron Foundry, and Jacks fruit and meat market. He was a proud member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, also a member of the Knights of Colombus Council 414, 4th degree Color Corp.

Greg loved nature, feeding wildlife, fishing or simply splitting wood. He would never say no to a new family pet when they showed up. Greg's favorite season was Fall looking forward to college football Go Noles! He will always be remembered as being a great father and grandfather, he went and supported his children to practice and attending their games as well as supporting the grandchildren. He loved his family, grandchildren and friends immensely. Jack and Brooks meant the world to him.

Surviving besides his wife Janelle of 51 years are their children Brad (Betsey) Hart of Fort Mill, South Carolina and Jennifer (Jack) Stehle of Linwood, Michigan, his adored grandchildren Brooks and Jack, a sister Debbie Davila as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, a beloved sister Sharon Boyette, his in laws Howard & Virginia LaCombe of Bay City he was very dear to them.

Per Greg's request cremation has taken place a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Gladwin Chapel. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Heartland Hospice especially nurse Jen for the compassionate care given to Greg and his family.
