Gregory V. Kretschmar, 68 years old and proud father of two, passed away on the 19th of October 2024 in San Antonio, TX.
He was born in Cameron, TX to Mr. Adolph Alois Kretschmar and his mother, Theresa Horvath Kretschmar. Greg graduated from Cameron Yoe High Schook, where he had many fond memories. Then, he joined the United States Air Force, earned some training, and worked as a Telecommunications Operations Specialist for 7 years and 9 months. Greg did most work in his life as an inspector at Delta Centrifugal in Temple, Texas, where he retired in from in 2021.
He had a passion for music, like playing his guitar and tapping the keys on his music keyboard. Thought he sounded more like Elvis when he sang. He also enjoyed playing golf and bowling, which he continued to do with his own children. He liked being there for his family.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, C.J. He is survived by his wife, Audi Kretschmar, and two children, Sean, and Alex.
