It is with a lighthearted spirit that we celebrate the life of Gregory "Biscuit" Luff, who was known for his resilience, wit, and the way he could make everyone around him laugh. Born on July 10, 1961, in Dover, DE, USA, Biscuit was a true character whose presence was as flavorful and beloved as the BBQs he loved to host for family and friends. Biscuit brought warmth to every room he entered, whether it was behind the wheel of his dump truck or in front of a wrestling match on TV. As Mark Twain once said, "Humor is mankind's greatest blessing," and Biscuit was a living testament to this.
Biscuit was a talented man who had a knack for turning even the most mundane tasks into adventurous escapades. He spent many years hauling blacktop, and when he retired from that in 2020, he turned his attention to his hobbies, which were as varied and colorful as his personality. He loved raising ducks and turkeys, a testament to his kind heart and nurturing spirit. He was also a passionate NASCAR and wrestling fan, proving that there was always a thrill to be found in life. As the legendary driver Dale Earnhardt once said, "You can't let one bad moment spoil a bunch of good ones." Biscuit lived those words to the fullest.
Biscuit is survived by his sons, Gregory (Rachel) ll and Jorden (Dominique) Luff; his step-daughter, Marquita (Duncan) Munson; his daughter, Chareese (Larry) Lenz; his sister, Donna Dolan; and his brother, Jeff Luff. He also leaves behind eight wonderful grandchildren, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, and 3 close friends Ronald White Rick Weatherspoon, and Wayne Walton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walker "Hickey" Luff and Marianna Luff; and his brothers, Jimmy and Jay Luff.
Biscuit's legacy of resilience, humor, and love will live on through his loved ones and the memories they shared. As he once said, "Life's too short not to laugh," and we invite you to keep his spirit alive by sharing your own funny and cherished memories of Biscuit on his memorial page. Please upload photos, share stories, and remember Biscuit as the witty, resilient, and talented man he was. As we remember Biscuit, let's hold onto the words of Dr. Seuss: "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened."
