Gregory Wayne Morris

Gregory "Greg" Wayne Morris, aged 55, passed away on the morning of Sunday May 26th, 2024 in Naples, Florida. He was a beloved father, husband, and, most of all, friend.
Greg was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on October 27th, 1968 to parents, Joyce Ann Morris and Ronald "Ron" Edward Morris. Though he was born in Portsmouth, he grew up in Shepherdsville, Kentucky and attended North Bullitt High School, where he made lifelong friends. At age 20, he moved to Naples, where he played nearly every sport including, his passion, basketball. He married his former wife, Erika, and welcomed his daughter, Larissa Ariana.
He found his way back home to Louisville, KY and later had son, Jett Gregory. After losing his parents, he wanted to be near family and moved back to Naples, FL and married current wife, Hadley, and happily welcomed Isabel Grace Ann in May of 2023.
Greg enjoyed being active by playing sports, live music, and boating. He was a hard-worker and didn't believe in leaving things up to fate - he made it happen. Greg seemed to know someone everywhere he went and left a lasting impression that will continue even in death.
A memorial will be held at his congregation at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located on 1385 Pine St. Naples, FL 34104 on Saturday, June 1st at 12:30PM. Followed by a Celebration of Life at Dylan's Drafthouse, 1258 Airport-Pulling Rd. N., Naples, FL 34104, where he played billiards every Tuesday.
