Cool was a 1976 graduate of Worthington-Jefferson High School. He was the owner and operator Provo Septic Service in Worthington for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Cool was a member of the Worthington American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was also a member of the Linton Masonic Lodge #560 and the Zorah Shrine of Terre Haute.
He is survived by his son, Chad (Tami) Provo of Worthington; five grandchildren, Katelyn, Austin, Ryker, Lily, and Owen Provo; and five brothers, Terry (Karen) Provo of Palm Bay, Florida, Kevin "Jose" Provo of Worthington, Dennis "Mouse" (Peggy) Provo of Plainfield, Indiana, David (Kimberly) Provo of Worthington, and Keith "Minna" (Candi) Provo of Clay City.
He was preceded by his parents; and two infant brothers, Ronald and Dale Provo.
Private arrangements are in care of Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington.
Public memorial service will be held at the Worthington American Legion at a later date.
