Gregory Mark Sneed passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on May 23, 1966, in Mount Pleasant, Texas to Harold and Rita (Sims) Sneed.
Gregory dedicated himself to his career at Ozarka Water Plant in Hawkins for many years as a technician, his commitment to his work was only rivaled by his profound love for his family. He believed that every moment counted, especially when it came to family. He made it a priority to spend time with loved ones at every available opportunity, weaving strong bonds and creating lasting memories that will be cherished for generations to come.
Those left to cherish his memories are his father, Harold Sneed and wife Valerie; son, Chris Sneed; daughter, Amber Mayer; brothers, Keith Sneed, Timothy Sneed and wife Tara; 5 grandchildren, Cassiopeia Chick, Chase Chick and wife Callie, John Michael Hester and wife Tenley, Coleman Tapia and Elizabeth Roger; 1 great grandchild, Braylon Hester.
Gregory was preceded in death by his mother, Rita Sneed, wife, Cheri Sneed and daughter, Brandi Hester.
A visitation will be held on May 12, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Holly Brook Baptist Church, followed by a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at the church. Interment to follow at Holly Tree Cemetery.
