Greta Bryant Wright, 60, a native of Gaston Co, NC, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
She was born January 5, 1962, daughter of the late John Henry and Emma Tallent Bryant.
Greta was a member of Dallas Church of God, where she loved singing for the Lord in the church choir. She was an employee with Caromont Regional Medical Center. Greta was the light for anyone who came into contact with her, and was one who never met a stranger.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, George Bryant, and John "Tony" Bryant; and sister, Barbara Nations.
Greta is survived by her husband of 41 years, Douglas Wright; sons, Stephen Wright (Sabrina), and Jonathan Wright; and grandchild, Anthony Wright.
A funeral service officiated by Pastor Danny Shortridge, will be held 7pm on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Dallas Church of God - 311 S College St, Dallas, NC 28034.
Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church.
Burial will be held 11am, on Thursday, at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont.
