Our beautiful, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin Guadalupe “Lupe “Saldivar Allgood age 71 was called home by her Lord and Savior on November 21, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on March 27, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Refugio Ponce Saldivar Sr. and Eufemia Jean Ulibarri A Saldivar, Lupe grew up in a family that included 9 brothers and 4 sisters. She was raised in the Roman Catholic Church and graduated from Judge Memorial High School in 1971. She married Russell Goodrich on November 14, 1975 and together welcomed their only child, daughter Melinda Anne on October 8, 1977.
Lupe married her best friend and forever love Robbin C Allgood on June 23, 1990. They brought happiness and laughter to one another and together found the meaning of what deep unconditional love truly is. She showed this same love to her precious daughter and three grandchildren who lit up her life, all four being her most cherished and treasured accomplishments.
In 2003 the Lord guided Lupe to Calvery Chapel, a place that became a second home to her and the people there more than friends. In her words “They are my family and mean so much more than they could ever know “. She served her church and Heavenly Father at the Calvery Chapel coffee bar and deli and again at Calvery Thrift Store where she touched the lives of countless others.
Lupe leaves behind her loving husband Robbin C Allgood, daughter Melinda Anne Goodrich, grandchildren Anthony M Robles Jr, Alex J.R Robles, Makenzee J Vanderhave, brothers Louis (Lee Ann) Saldivar, Gerald T Saldivar, sisters Christina (Fernando) Flores, Theresa (Len) Nebeker and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
