Historia de Guillermo Alfredo Perdomo
Guillermo Alfredo Perdomo nació en Santa Ana, El Salvador, el día 6 de febrero de 1935. Falleció el día 22 de febrero de 2025 en Antelope, California a los 90 años de edad. Fue hijo de Carlos Sandoval y Narcisa Perdomo, y hermano de Edith, Estela y Rosa. Guillermo se casó a los 19 años con Elly Cárcamo, con quien estuvo casado durante 62 años. Deja atrás a sus hijos Freddy, Gloria, Ana, Elsa, Oscar y Roberto Daniel, 9 nietos y 16 bisnietos.
Él emigró a los Estados Unidos en el año 1979 y residió en South San Francisco y en San Bruno antes de trasladarse a Sacramento, California en el año 2000. Desde niño aprendió música. Su papá era músico y dueño de una orquesta musical en Santa Ana, y Guillermo lo acompañaba en las giras de concierto tocando la batería o la marimba. También trabajó en la banda regimental en Santa Ana y San Salvador como filarmónico. Cuando vino a los Estados Unidos, empezó a tocar el saxofón. Le encantaba alabar a Dios con su talento musical.
En el año 1970, aceptó a Jesucristo como su Salvador y se bautizó en 1999. Él fue un hombre que siempre tuvo a Dios en su corazón. Fue un gran ejemplo para su familia y para todos los que lo conocieron. Guillermo fue un amoroso padre, abuelo y bisabuelo. Gracias por todo lo que hizo por nosotros. Lo extrañaremos mucho.
