Guy "Royce" Dover

Guy "Royce" Dover, age 73, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Mr. Dover was preceded in death by his father, Guy Dover and mother, Ruth Dover; son, John Bradley Dover; brother, Ricky Dover. He is survived by his children, Donna (Perry) Loggins of Ellijay, GA, Anthony (Virginia) Dover of Winder, GA, Brandy Dover of Snellville, GA, Corey Dover of Buford, GA, Elaine (Stephen) Cabe of Buford, GA; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Dockery of Buford, GA, Marie Whited of Lula, GA; brother, Randy (Alinda) Dover of Buford, GA; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Dover was born August 25, 1952 in Buford, GA. he received his education at North Gwinnett High Scholl in Suwanee, GA. He was a retired Surveyor with 16 years of service. He loved fishing and hunting.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA, with Pastor Jared Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
