Guy Allen Waggoner, 66, of Logansport, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, January 22, 2025, surrounded by his wife and children, at St. Vincent Ascension Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born April 27, 1958, in Marion, IN to Harold Waggoner and June (Acree) Zimmerman. On June 20, 1981, in Logansport, IN he married Debra L. Adair who survives.
Guy was a graduate of Pioneer High School, class of 1976. He worked as a police officer for the Logansport Police Department until his retirement in 2005. Guy was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially loved camping with family
Along with his wife of 43 years, Guy is survived by his daughters, Sarah (Donny) Raderstorf of Galveston, Jessica Brandt of Royal Center, IN; Abigail (Jason) Fisher of Argos,IN; sons, Christopher and Jeremy Waggoner, both of Royal Center; sister Michelle Hare of Nashville; 12-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Landon, Ashton, Noah, Alivia, Wyatt, Gavin, Logan, Jadelynn, Mya, Falecia and Jordan; and five great grandchildren, Weston, Onyx, Ivory, Coen and Zaiden
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Scott Allen Waggoner.
Visitation will be held, Monday, January 27, 2025, from 11am until the time of the service at 2pm at Gundrum Funeral Home in Logansport. A burial will follow at Kistler Cemetery in Royal Center. You may send online condolences to the family at www.gundrumcares.com.
