Gwen L. Crum, 72, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
Born on November 16, 1951, in South Bend, Indiana, she was the daughter of Glenn and Claire (Samuelson) Amor. She attended John Glenn High School, graduating with the class of 1970 and Ivy Tech Community College for Nursing.
Gwen had an eye for Victorian Decorations, a good yard sale as well as consignment shopping. She was a Ladies Auxiliary Member of the VFW #1162, American Legion Post #27 and a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plymouth.
She is survived by her daughter Angela (Scott) Drake of Plymouth; Kristen Price of Muncie; grandchildren Colton and Kamdon Drake; brothers: Greg (Nancy) Amor of Huntington, IN; and Gene (Doreen) Amor of South Bend as well as several nieces and nephews.
Gwen is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Richard.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 10-11 am at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 6835 Union Rd. Plymouth, IN 46563. A Memorial Service will immediately follow with S.A.M. Scott Drake officiating.
Burial will take place in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Plymouth.
