H. M. Turner, Jr., 79 of Hope Mills, NC passed away January 12, 2025.
Born in Durham County, NC he was the son of the late Hubert Morrison Turner, Sr. and Francis Baron Howard Turner. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ellen Lawrence.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Turner; sons, H. M. (Bert) Turner, 111 and Thomas aWebb Turner & wife Kelly Hurt; grandchildren, Olivia Kathleen Turner, Ian Jacob Turner, Aubry Morrison Turner and Ashlan Grace Turner.
Mr. Turner enjoyed music, playing the guitar and singing in the church choir. He also liked sports and coaching.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Hope Mills Methodist Church 4955 Legion Road Hope Mills, NC 28348.
