Mr. Haksu Kim, 67, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta,Georgia. Haksu was born on Wednesday, August 14, 1957, in South Korea to Jeagu and Okrang (Kim) Kim. He was married to May Kim. Haksu was a financial analyst for Bloomberg.Haksu was a loving husband, father brother and grandfather who loved spending time with his family and working on the small farm.Haksu was predeceased by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife May Kim, his daughter Christine See and her husband Marc, his son Benjamin Kim and his wife Aya, his daughter Yujin Kim, his brother Kuangsu Kim and his wife Mira, his brother Hyunsu Kim and his wife Do Young, his sister Sukja Kim and her husband Ki Woong, his sister Mija Kim and her husband Sang Chul and his grandchildren, Mina See, Camilla See and Noah Kim.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Heritage funeral Home, Weddington Chapel, 3700 Forest Lawn Drive Matthews NC 28104.Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Funeral Home, Weddington Chapel.
