HAROLD WAYNE CABLE

Harold Wayne Cable, 95, Clark, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, MO. He was born November 14, 1929, in Clark, MO, the son of the late Fred and Wilma (Bailey) Cable.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son Richard Cable and his wife Carol of Clark, MO; one daughter Rhonda Templeton of Clark, MO; one brother Bill Cable of Kansas City, MO; seven grandchildren Wendy Kalinowski and Steve, Angie Roberts and Russell, Shane Cable and Rania, Scott Templeton and Taylor, Ammie Templeton and Chris, Deana Wright and Kendall and Curtis Templeton and Rita; a bonus great grandson Roy Holtkamp; twenty-four great grandchildren; 10 ½ great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents three sisters and one great great grandson preceded him in death.

Harold served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He first worked at A.B. Chance Co in Centralia, MO; later he owned and operated his own trucking service and finally was a driver for the Amish Community around Clark, MO. He was a member of the Moberly Eagles Lodge, Clark Saddle Club and a former member of the Moberly Moose Lodge. Harold loved horses, attending horse shows, (3-time state champion) and dancing. He loved being outdoors, working on the farm and spending time with his friends and family.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Interment will be in the Chapel Grave Cemetery near Clark, MO. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until service time on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO.
