Harold E. "Bubba" Kiesling, 79, of California, MO passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025 at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, MO. He was born on August 2, 1946 the son of Edward Kiesling and Florence (Baer) Kiesling both of who preceded him in death. He was later united in marriage to Sallie Mae Elder on September 18, 1993 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church and she preceded him in death on June 8, 2013. Harold worked at the Nuclear Power Plant near Fulton, Septagon and had a Service Station in California for a few years. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in California, MO. Harold was also a Charter member of California Eagles Club 4027 where he was past President and was also a member of the 20 club where he enjoyed playing cards. He liked watching NASCAR, fishing, barbecuing and enjoyed watching his grandson play football. Harold is survived by his son Gary Kiesling (Heather) of California, MO; 2 daughters, Deanna Kiesling of California, MO and Lisa Crumley of Blue Springs, MO; 2 brothers, Dean Kiesling and Kenny "Gabby" Kiesling both of California, MO; 4 sisters, Mary Oesterly of California, MO, Joyce Rex of Boonville, MO, Ruth Coale, of California, MO and Sharon Ocheskey (Gordon) of Bonnots Mill, MO; 5 grandchildren, Joshua Kiesling, Gary Wright, Rhett Kiesling, Ashley Roben, Steven Kiesling-Moore and a great grandchild, Remington Roben. Harold was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Paul, Ronnie, Dwight, David and Richard Kiesling; 2 sisters, Linda Kirchoff and Betty Schrader. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 5-7 P.M. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in California, MO. Officiating will be Pastor Evandro Kopper. Interment will be at the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in California, MO. Memorials are suggested to the 20 Club or St. Paul's Lutheran Church c/o the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services of California, MO.
