Harold T. Roberts, Sr., 85, of Vandergrift, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in Hillcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Kensington.

Born March 26, 1940 in Bell Township, he was a son of the late Charles Roberts & Idistal (Bruener) Roberts.

Harold worked various jobs over the years, but his main passion and line of work was as a musician, where he played guitar for the legendary local country band The Jordan's. Countless family, friends, and fans were entertained by his musicianship over the years.

Harold also enjoyed fishing, collecting die-cast cars, and model trains.

In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his son, Curtis Roberts; brothers, Jerry, Carl, Robert, Charles, Miles, and Siles Roberts; and his sister, Luella Mae Anthony.

Harold is survived by his former wife, Martha (Thomas) Coffmen of Decatur, TN; children, Angie Roberts of Decatur, TN, Harold (Mary) Roberts, Jr. of Mesa, AZ, Sean Roberts of Vandergrift, Christan Roberts of Vandergrift, Tanya (John) Montgomery of Byrdstown, TN, Anthony Roberts of Athens, TN, Jason (Amanda) Roberts of Decatur, TN, Lena (Richard) Wax of Show Low, AZ; many grandchildren & great-grandchildren; sister, Flody Lockard of Vandergrift; as well as many nieces and nephews, including special nephews Raymond Pierce, who cared for Harold, and Bobby Roberts.

Friends will be received in the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 100 Owens View Ave., Apollo, on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the Celebration Of Life Tribute Service at 1:00 p.m. Please join the family as they honor Harold's life.
