With deep sorrow and immeasurable love, we share the brief but beautiful life of our daughter, Harper Kay Rank, who was born on August 9, 2025, and passed peacefully in our arms on
August 10, 2025.
In her short time with us, Harper touched our hearts in ways words cannot describe. She was the most beautiful baby girl - and in her passing, Harper gave the most extraordinary gift of all - the donation of her heart valve tissue. Even in death, our sweet girl is a hero.
Harper is the cherished daughter of AJ and Nina Rank of Almont. She is deeply loved and remembered by her grandparents, Anton and Sandra Rank of Capac, and Andrew and Brenda Galante of Yale; her great-grandparents, Andrew and Judy Galante of St. Clair; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who awaited her arrival with joy and now mourn her loss with heavy hearts.
Though Harper's time here was brief, her presence will be felt forever. She will always be remembered, always be missed, and always be loved.
Visitation will be Friday, August 15, 2025 from 4:00-8:00pm and is open to all who would like to say their goodbyes and support the family during this time, with Celebration of Life Service held at 7:00pm at Muir Funeral Home & Celebration of Life Center, 2650 S. Van Dyke-Imlay City, MI 48444.
