Danny Lee Nieporte, age 80, formerly of Allenton and currently of Davison, passed away August 6, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was born September 17, 1944 in Warren, the son of Parrish and Anna (Neumann) Nieporte. He graduated from Fitgerald High School in 1963. He served his country in the United Sates Army and was honorably discharged in March of 1965. Danny married his beloved wife Mary Sobolewski on August 13, 1966 and they would be celebrating their 59th year anniversary next week. He worked for Chrysler for 37 years as a Relief Repairman. He enjoyed going to the casino, playing Euchre and was an avid fan of the Lions and the Red Wings. He and his wife enjoyed cruising the Caribbean on Carnival cruise line. Most of all, Danny enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by many.
He is survived by his loving wife Mary, beloved children Paul (Shirley) Nieporte of Armada, Timothy (Jodi) Nieporte of Mt. Pleasant, Jeffrey (Lindsey) Nieporte of Tampa, Florida; loving grandchildren Emma (Julian) Latoski, Caleb Nieporte, Joshua Nieporte, Madison Nieporte, Austin Nieporte, Payne Nieporte, Dakota Nieporte and great granddaughter Ava Mae. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Beverly Oleskie and Darrell Nieporte.
