Harry Preston Duncan, 66, of Mountville, husband of the late Edna Ruth Fields Duncan, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Self Regional Healthcare.

Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas he was a son of the late Eddie and Lavanie Petigo Duncan. Harry was an active member of Beaverdam Baptist Church. He lived his life in service to others and would do anything for anyone. Above all, he loved and cherished all of his family.

He is survived by two sons, Jason Matthew Duncan and Daniel Andrew Duncan (Chrisie Martin); grandchildren, Elizabeth Danielle Moody and Johnathon Christopher Moody; sisters, Wanda Reckman (Russ), Linda Baldwin (Doug), Kathyren Mendoza (Luis), and Christina Dell (Chris); brother-in-law, Sidney Fields; son-in-law, Jamie Kizer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Candace Kizer; siblings, Edward Albert Duncan, Jr., Sammy Duncan, James Duncan, William Duncan, Brenda Duncan, Sherry Duncan Cox, Steven Gray, Kimberly Wells; and a daughter-in-law, Anna Duncan.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Beaverdam Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Phil Bryson.

The family will receive friends at the church from 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm prior to the service.
