Harry Lee Hedrick, 86, of Catlettsburg, KY, was released into God's loving arms on Thursday, November 28, 2024.
He was a beloved father, grandfather, and husband. He loved dogs, cats, the outdoors and was an avid hunter. He was an Army veteran, best known to his friends at AK Steel as "Redeye".
Preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Linda Rice Hedrick, his brother Charles "Mick" Hedrick, nephews Michael Hedrick and Tony Hedrick, parents Madeline McFann Hedrick and Elwood Headrick.
He leaves behind to honor his memory, his daughter Kelly Hedrick and son Kevin Hedrick (Kandy), as well as his cherished grandson, Hunter Hedrick and little dog Emme.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, beginning at 11am at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. Pastor Danny Mollett will be officiating and Post 93 of Kenova providing Military Honors.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any animal rescue foundation of your choice.
