CROMARTIE-MILLER & LEE FUNERALS AND CREMATIONS OBITUARY Wade, NC Mr. Harry Wilson McDaniel, age 81 of Wade, died Monday Morning, August 27, 2012 at his home. Mr. McDaniel was born February 22, 1931 in Cumberland County to the late Daniel C. McDaniel & Lucille Sauls McDaniel and is preceded in death by 4 Brothers & 2 Sisters. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean War. He was a retired truck driver and spent his retired days fishing and doing yard work. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday August 30, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Cromartie Miller and Lee Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Casey Welker & Mr. Jim Welker Officiating. Burial will follow in the Faircloth Cemetery located on Oak Grove Church Rd., Stedman, N.C. Survivors Include: His Wife of 60 years: Lillian Freeman McDaniel of the home. Daughters: Rose Patterson & (husband) Bill of Dunn, N.C. Harriett Coffee & (husband) Steve of Wade, N.C. Vivian Barefoot & (husband) Walter of Grays Creek, N.C. Peggy Young & (husband) Tommy of Hickory, N.C. 12 Grandchildren & 25 Great-Grandchildren. Sisters: Sarah Freeman & Mary Elderidge.
