Harry Pickard Obituary

Published by Legacy on Nov. 19, 2025.
Harry Irving Pickard Jr., aged 61, passed away unexpectedly on November 12, 2025, in Clinton Township. Born on September 20, 1964, in Detroit, Harry was the son of the late Harry Sr. and Rose Marie (Helback) Pickard. His warm presence and kind-hearted spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his children, Christina Morton of Grand Blanc, Jessica Brochu (Adam Woods) of Auburn Hills, and Harry and Kristy Burgess of Owosso. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Calix, Nicholas, and Emberlynn Woods, Chevelle and Presley Burgess, as well as his step-grandchildren, Anthony, Ditrapani, and Caleb Youngski. Harry was a loving brother to Anne Hrynkiw of Roseville. His many nieces, nephews, and friends will forever remember him.
Harry was preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Nicole Grosso, in 2013, Father, Harry Pickard Sr, in 1983, Mother, Rose Pickard, in 2018, and his brothers, Michael and Russell Pickard. Throughout his life, Harry was employed by several different area factories, where he was known for his strong work ethic and friendly demeanor. His colleagues respected him for his reliability and his willingness to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
Harry's interests were simple yet brought him immense joy. He took great pride in maintaining a spotless house, a testament to his meticulous nature. Watching movies provided him with a sense of escapism and relaxation, while mowing the lawn gave him a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, especially when he had a house with a yard to care for.
