Hattie Wright, age 83, of Malvern, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025. She was born on December 16, 1941 in Carthage, AR, the daughter of Harry and Ethel Harness Bean. She was a member of Oak Grove Assembly of God Church. Hattie was a class of 1959 graduate of Magnet Cove High School and worked as the secretary for Wright Plumbing for many years. She enjoyed taking care of her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Hattie is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Chester Lee, Lonnie, and Billy Bean; sister, Mary Tabor; and granddaughter, Samantha S. Jackson.

Left to cherish her memory, loving husband of 57 years, Tommy B. Wright of Malvern; children, Lisa Wright Portwood (Shane) of Hot Springs, Thomas Terryl Wright (Teresa) of Malvern, Dana S. Wright of Malvern; and Thomas Lynn Wright (Rebecca) of Malvern; sister, Bonnie Parker of Malvern; grandchildren, Chris Wright (Jordan), Colton Wright (Erika), Tyler Wright, Shawna Whitehead (Aaron), Brittany Wright, Emma Toska and Eva Toska; great grandchildren, Addison, Hudson, Chase, Hunter, Hadley, Maverick, Joshua and Matthew; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 20th from 6-8pm at Regency Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 21st at 10am, at Oak Grove Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Jerry Garrett officiating. Burial to follow at Lone Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Wright, Terryl Wright, Chris Wright, Colton Wright, Tyler Wright, and Brittany Wright. Honorary pallbearers are Bruce Wingo, Brian Wingo, and Shane Portwood.

Special thanks to the nurses and staff at CHI 3rd floor stepdown and ICU, for the care they provided.
