Heather Elaine King, beloved daughter of Samella King and Robert Williams, was born May 9, 1973, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Heather professed her love for God and Christ at an early age. She cherished the Scriptures and found great joy in attending church services. She was baptized at Pure Understanding Teaching Deliverance Ministries and was a faithful member of Hall Temple, C.O.G.I.C.
Heather received her education through Indianapolis Public Schools, attending IPS #99, IPS #108, and Northwest High School. Over the years, Heather built a strong work ethic and dedicated many years of service to Methodist Hospital, CVS Pharmacy, Home Health Care, and several other long-term positions.
Heather delighted in her faith, her family, and life’s simple joys shopping, dining out, having and attending family gatherings, and traveling. She especially loved and cherished the time she spent with her Mother and Daughter, Samella & Chloe King, supporting them both in every way possible. Heather’s strength, determination, and loving spirit were evident to all who knew her.
On October 16, 2025, at 11:23 p.m., Heather peacefully departed this life to enter her eternal rest with the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her nephew, Patrick King Jr.
Heather leaves to cherish her loving memory: mother, Samella King; father, Robert Williams; beloved daughter, Chloe E. King; brothers, Patrick A. King and Robert Williams Jr.; sister, Angela Dailey; nieces Pache, Patra , and Pashaun King; nephew Patrell King; aunts Elaine Dailey and Alma Styles; uncle Darrell Dailey; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Heather’s favorite saying was, “To God be the Glory,” and she lived her life as a reflection of that faith.
Her life was a blessing; her memory is a treasure. She is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
