Jack and Heather's beloved daughter Delaney Krings, age 5, left us after a courageous battle with cancer January 28, 2023. Heather has struggled immensely since Delaney's passing. Her mind and body suffered without relief. In her healing process she did many things to "give back" to many who supported their family, as her family watched her big broken heart pushing her forward. Over the past year Heather suffered with health issues that only became worse. The toll of that beautiful broken heart took our beloved Heather who brought love, joy, and laughter to life for others.
Heather is survived by her treasured grandmother Sandy Witt, parents, Dennis and Vicki Witt, Tom and Kathy Terek, and Jack's parents, Steve and Judy Krings. She is further survived by her sister Colleen (Eric) Witt, and Jack's siblings, Tom (Erin) Krings, Mary Kay (Terry) Spilde She is further survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Heather attended schools in Milwaukee and West Allis. Her work career included property management roles and logistical coordination for worldwide moves. In those roles she made lifelong friends tackling complex situations with infinite attention to detail and customer care.
Heather was an avid horsewoman, loved all animals, her dogs Hurley and Hoss and her ferrets. She had abundant energy and was eager to help friends and family at a moment's notice.
If Heather loved you, you got a nickname. You all know who you are and how her big beautiful blue eyes sparkled with joy.
Heather had the capacity to love to amazing depths bursting with passion and zest for a full life. Fiercely independent as all friends and family will know. Spread your joy and love in her honor.
