Heide Ericka Reeves

Heide Erica Reeves, 52 of Joplin, MO, passed away October 4, 2025 in Joplin.
She was born October 18, 1972 in Mannheim Germany, the daughter of Bernd W. and Karin (Bracke) Bock.
On January 28, 2006 she was united in marriage to William F. Reeves in Columbus, KS; he survives of the home.
Heide was founder and owner of "Oma's Cozy Creations". A crochet business operating online as well as being a vendor at 'Joplin Empire Market' and Joplin's '3rd Thursday' events.
She was an avid KC Chiefs fan. Loved her two great danes, Stoney and Zeus. She was a true Master of Celebration. If you were fortunate enough to be a part of her many BBQs, birthday celebrations, holiday get-togethers or Chiefs superbowl parties, she made sure you left happy and full of good food. Her beautiful infectious smile and hospitality will be greatly missed.
Additional survivors include a son James D. Webb and a daughter Taylor M. (Kristopher) Herring, both of Joplin; a sister Karin "Gaby" Cool of McCool, NE; a brother Dieter Bock of Blue Springs, MO; two grand-daughters: Aerilyn Webb and Adeline Herring and a grandson Archer Herring. And numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 10, 2025 at Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Columbus, KS. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Columbus.
