Heinz Joachim Siebert passed away on June 15, 2025. He was born September 3, 1935 in Erfurt, Germany and came to the United States in 1956, enlisted in the US Army and served in the third infantry from 1957 to 1959. He became a naturalized citizen in 1963, continued his classes at Ohio State, began his airline career with TWA in Columbus in 1964, transferred to Los Angeles and continued his schooling at UCLA, and retired from TWA in 1998. He married his adoring wife Nancy in 1989 and for 36 years celebrated everything life had to offer!
They arrived in Ivins in 2003 and absolutely loved their Southwest lifestyle, friends, and neighbors but were always planning their next road trip to find new treasures in this land they loved so very much. In addition to his wife Nancy, Heinz is survived by his brother Peter and wife Hanne and two nephews Ingo and Frank, who still reside in Germany.
Happy Trails My Love. I will miss your sense of humor and your sense of adventure always.
