Helen M. Nardone (nee Cannon), age 75, peacefully passed away on August 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Chester, PA, Helen was a cherished daughter of the late Elwood and Mary Roux Cannon. A proud 1968 graduate of Chester High School, she devoted her life to creating a warm and nurturing home for her family since moving to Boothwyn in Upper Chichester in 1982.Helen was the heart of her family, always putting others first and ensuring they had the support they needed without ever asking for anything in return. She had a passion for life that shone through in her many joyful pursuits, from frequent trips to her beloved Jersey Shore in Wildwood each August, to cherished afternoons spent at the casinos or playing bingo. Her grandchildren were her life and she never missed an opportunity to cheer on her grandchildren at their sporting events, always there with a smile and encouragement. Helen will be deeply missed by all but her legacy will live in through her children and grandchildren and forever remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.Helen was preceded in death by her beloved sister Rita Davis, her brother Charles Cannon and her sister Cathy Hoffman. She also mourns the loss of her dear friend of over 50 years, Lorraine Arccucci.Helen leaves behind her devoted husband of 55 years, George Nardone Sr., and their loving sons, George Nardone Jr. (Brandy) and Daniel Nardone. She is also survived by her dear sisters Doris Gommer and Diane Porter (Ed), as well as her cherished grandchildren Devon, Ryan, Mackenzie, Layla, and Quentin, and her great-grandchildren Riley and Raymond.Family and friends are invited to gather in her memory at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, located at 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, for public visitation on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A heartfelt eulogy service will follow at 4:00 PM, where we will celebrate Helen's life and the profound impact she had on all who knew her. Burial will be private for the family.
