Herbert Gast Obituary
Herbert is survived by his beloved wife, Eva; loving cousin, Ray Demres; loving nephews and nieces, Richard, Michael (Anna), Marilyn (Tom), and John. He will also be missed by many great nephews and nieces.
A Visitation will be held for Herbert on Sunday, August 27, 2023 and Monday, August 28, 2023 from 1PM-7PM. A Prayer Service will be held Monday, August 28, 2023 at 7PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave. Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 11AM, with an instate at 10:30AM, at St. Maron Catholic Church, 11466 Kercheval Detroit, MI 48214.

Herb was a fine gentleman and a kind soul. He will be missed by Eva his wife and best friend. as Many family members will also miss him. I will cherish the 8 years that he was a part of my life. He is now with God and his parents and is no longer in pain. You'll always be in Eva's heart and in the memory of those who loved you and knew you. Peace be with you.
