Mr. Herbert “Herb” Westbrook Williams, Jr., 66, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025, after a brief illness. Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 4:00 PM in Ellaville City Cemetery with Bro. Troy Fripp officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at Way-Watson Funeral Home in Ellaville.
Mr. Williams was born February 11, 1959, in Jacksonville, FL to Herbert Westbrook, Sr. and Lentz Phillips Williams. He worked as a Mill Foreman for Imerys in Andersonville, GA for many years. Mr. Williams enjoyed fishing, camping, woodworking projects and anything that involved spending time with his family. You could always find him listening to John Boy and Billy in the morning time. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert W. Williams, Sr.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Jan Williams; his mother, Lentz Williams; his children, Veronica Glover and her husband, Tony, Herbert Westbrook Williams, III, Colby Williams and his wife, Cassie, Brandon Williams and his wife, Jessica, Ryan Harris and his wife, Megan and Kyle Harris and his wife, Kim; eleven grandchildren, Gus Harris, Lily Harris, Hayden Harris, Kyler Harris, Harper Harris, Angel Cerda, Tye Cerda, C.J. Williams, Cason Williams, Cooper Williams, London Williams, Tony Glover, Jr., Dominique Glover and Tatyana Glover; two brothers, James Willliams, Sr. (Donna) and Roger Williams (Teresa); three sisters, Vivian Morrison (Don), Gladys Menna (Ralph) and Alice Yarbrough (Randy); and numerous nieces and nephews.
