Mr. Herbert Ray Kelley, age 90, of Talco, Texas, passed away on August 29, 2024 at his residence.
Herbert was born on May 15, 1934 in Talco to Herbert Kelley and Mary Nugent-Kelley. He married his beloved wife, Patsy in Talco on July 14, 1954. Herbert served as a deacon and worship leader at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Hagansport and worked at Texas Instruments as a process engineer for 33 years.
Herbert is survived by his wife, Patsy Kelley, son, David Kelley, and wife, Debra, daughter, Donna Zentko, daughter-in-law, Beverly Kelley, nephew, Kyle Fuller and family, niece, Kelly Garman and family. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and his close friend, Jason Mitchell.
Herbert is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Mary Kelley, his son, Ronald Kelley, his sisters, Joann Kelley and Nancy Fuller, and his son-in-law, Robert Zentko.
