Heriberto "Eddie" Suarez Ortiz, Jr., age 46, of Fort Wayne, passed away April 13, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Mr. Suarez was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on October 28,1978 to the late Heriberto Suarez Ortiz, Sr. and Yolando Suarez Perez. He graduated from Paul Harding High School and was employed in construction.
Survivors include:
Sister, Rosa and Louie Guerrero of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Victoria Mowery of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Yolanda and Joaquin Guzman of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Christina and Christopher Snarr of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Caroline and Alberto Zuniga of Fort Wayne.
Brother, Thomas Suarez of Fort Wayne.
Brother-in-law, Bonifacio Alvarado of Fort Wayne.
Nieces and nephews: Christopher "Andy" and Veronica Snarr, Steven Alvarado, Erica and Jesus Garcia, Ricardo and Katie Borjas, Jose and Aspen Guzman, Celina Snarr, Carlos Borjas and Brenda Romero Guzman, Ruben Alvarado, Raquel Guerrero, Vanessa Borjas, and Corey Snarr and Jade Winchester, Romero I. Mowery, Midashia A. Mowery, Mileena M. Mowery, and Raquel R. (Jalen) Jones.
Great nieces and nephews: Myla Rose Snarr, Jesus Garcia-Guzman, II, Milo Christopher Snarr, Andrew Snarr, Jose Donatello Guzman, Jr., Kaliope Ann Borjas, Mariana Mowery, Scout Snarr, Yessenia Guzman, and Freya L. Borjas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ann Marie Alvarado in 2021.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at El Lirio De Los Valles, 2032 Morris Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at El Lirio De Los Valles with one hour of viewing prior to the service. Pastor Rene Campos and Rev. David Pena, Jr. will officiate the funeral service.
Burial will take place at Concordia Cemetery.
