Funeral Services are 11:00 am Monday, October 14, 2024 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel in Canton, MS with burial to follow at Canton City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Culpepper Funeral Home and after 10:00 am Monday until service time.
Homer is survived by his daughter Tammy Proctor (Billy), grandson Billy Proctor II (Susan), great-grandchildren Katie Ann, Faith Hart and Billy III, and his friend Beverly Stewart.
He attended Center Terrace Baptist Church in Canton and was a retired Maintenance worker for Canton Manufacturing.
Homer was preceded in death by his wife Gloria, his parents Lester and Ardeliah Sanders Ellington, sister Barbara and brother James.
