Hope Bishop

Katherine Hope Stewart Bishop, 57, of Dawsonville, Ga passed away peacefully at home on Sept 25, 2025.
She was born in Columbia, Mo on April 27, 1968. She attended school in Higgins TX and LaPlata, MO before moving to Georgia and graduating from Norcross High School in 1986. She was a floral designer around Atlanta at several shops including Best Little Flower Shop. She later owned her own business, Hope Was Here, a commercial and residential cleaning service. She later returned to work as a floral designer in the Flower Mart in Dahlonega and then Funky Mountain Flowers in Cumming, Ga. She loved international travel, being in Nature, and Americana music, especially John Prine.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Stewart and her mother, Sharon Macdonald Philips.
Surviving are her husband, Patrick Bishop; son, Cameron A. Milford; daughter, Emily P. Milford; granddaughter, Tommie K. Frier; and brothers, Slade Stewart, Randy Stewart, and Eddie Stewart.
She did not wish for a funeral service but a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
