Howard married Belinda Case in Wabash on April 16, 1982. He served in the US Navy for 4 years. Howard worked at Chrysler Corporation. He attended the Missionary Alliance Church and the Friends Church, both in Wabash. Howard enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was a devoted caregiver to his wife Belinda.
He is survived by his wife, Belinda Osborne; two children, Joe (Samantha) Osborne and Jessica Osborne; and granddaughter, Isabelle Black, all of Wabash; and his siblings, Steve (Tina) Berger of Wabash, Carla (Jim) Hall of Roann, Indiana, and Kim (Verlyn) Easterday of Wabash. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Kathy Stangl.
There will be a celebration of Howard's Life from 3-7 pm, Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Wabash Friends Church. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
Preferred memorial is Wabash Friends Church.
