Hubert Rebman Obituary

After knowing LuAnn Bever since age 7, they finally tied the knot on September 1st, 1956. Together they had four children, and Hubert ended his career as the Electrician for the Appleton Area School District. He enjoyed coaching Babe Ruth and running the St. Bernadette Parish Picnic for many years in his spare time. Retirement brought a whole new adventure for Hubert and LuAnn as they spent 19 winters down in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Hubert is survived by his children: Mike (Mary) Rebman, Mark (Wendy) Rebman, Marie (Jeff) Evensen, and Rick Rebman. Grandchildren: Eric Rebman, Brian Rebman, Aaron (Jenny) Rebman, Ryan (Amie) Rebman, Matthew (Carrie Bero) Evensen, Travis (Amanda) Rebman, Sarah (Brian) Felhofer, and Rachel (Sean) Golden. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and countless friends and family, including his niece Patty (Gary) Jankowski - who visited every week.
Hubert was preceded in death by his parents, Helen Marie and Lawrence Rebman, his wife LuAnn of 67 years; his 9 brothers and sisters, father and mother-in-law Esther and Ralph Bever, and grand-daughter, Stacy Rebman.
A very heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at both Rennes and Renaissance Assisted Living Facility, especially our girl Ashlyn. Thanks for loving him like he was yours. Nicole with AseraCare; you know how we love you. You're all part of the family now.
A Memorial Mass for Hubert will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29th, 2025, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2331 Lourdes Drive, Appleton with Fr. Chris Raj, O Praem officiating. Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will take place at historic Riverside Cemetery in Appleton.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
