Hugo Torri Obituary
Hugo Unit Torri, 96, of Moberly, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Valley View Health and Rehabilitation in Moberly.
Hugo was born May 14, 1927, to Joe and Dema (Bonuchi) Torri. On December 25, 1951, he married the love of his life Hilda Pitney who after 68 years of marriage preceded him in death on January 18, 2020. Hugo enjoyed going to auctions and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife Hilda, he was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Dema Torri.
Hugo is survived by his sister-in-law, Ethel Torri of Higbee; sister-in-law, Linda Daiprai of Moberly; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A visitation will take place on April 17, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel of Moberly, Missouri. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Richard Clouse officiating. Interment will take place at Higbee City Cemetery, Higbee, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Coyote Hill Christian Children’s home.
